A Lifestyle Blog by Salt & Vine Bodyworks
Welcome here, Friends! Let's embark on this journey together.
I've never been one to take an active part in journaling or blogging - and yet - here I am. I find myself at yet another fork in the road of my life and as history would teach, I know from myself I can expect my fears and natural insecurities to rise with my ambitions. Those emotions aren't new to me, but as I am just now going into business and branding for myself - think this is a great time and place to start documenting my story.

I started Salt & Vine Bodyworks with the intention of meeting needs in convenient, affordable, every day ways. I want to eliminate the adversarial, over-priced, hoity-toity energy that accompanies large resort spas and share with people what I love most about massage therapy - its ability to heal.
The thing about being human in our bodies is that we are all "fearfully and wonderfully made" and our anatomies are beautiful!
Not unlike any other fitness routine, regular massage therapy should be accessible for everyone concerned with prioritizing a healthy life. Therapy as critical as this should be available, priced fairly, and convenient for every clientele from a high performance athlete to a leisurely tourist in the central coast area.
A Paso Robles Native
With the exception of a handful of years in Southern California to study, and one in Texas, I've been a resident in SLO County since 1981, spending the happiest of my years here as a local on the Central Coast. Having a rich history here comes with emotional ties to this region, its people, and my fellow small business owners.
Let's Build a Network
If you've found your way here and made it this far through my first journal, I thank you and consider you among the first friends of this Salt & Vine Bodyworks journey of mine. I am open to working with, supporting, and building a network of health and wellness in the area. I'm glad you are here!
XO,
Jakki J.
