A Paso Robles native with 14+ years of massage and wellness related professional experience, my education includes a Associates of Science degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, an internship at an athlete care event during an NFL Combine, +1700 practice hours and the completion of two sports massage internships with a focus on sports rehabilitation. I spent several of my professional years serving clients in some of most well-known resort spas; Disneyland's Grand Californian Hotel, the Burke Williams Spas, and the Allegretto Resort here in Paso Robles.
I started Salt & Vine Bodyworks as a business dedicated to my private clients seeking to make massage & rehabilitation therapy an ongoing and convenient part of their lives.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that massage is an ancient tool to help heal. Whether to relieve stress, unlock tension, increase mobility to build strength, rehabilitate from injury, or simply to prioritize yourself - the many benefits of regular massage therapy can be life changing.
I work with my clients to address their specific bodies and needs, while developing an ongoing program of care for their mobility and long-term health. A Salt & Vine Bodyworks therapy program is designed carefully, priced fairly, progressive toward your health goals, and convenient for every clientele from a high performance athlete to a leisurely tourist in the central coast area.
